I work with individuals, couples, and families and offer therapy, skill-building, and supportive and educational services.
In my practice, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is primarily client-centered, solution-focused, and research-driven. I work with each individual client to determine problem areas, set goals for treatment, and develop an action plan to reach the goals. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transdiagnostic Treatment (UP), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training. Additionally, I provide supportive therapy services when appropriate.
